  • I‘ve been asked by DISA Global Solutions to provide additional information. How do I give that that you?
    • Please reply to our request utilizing the provided link in the email you received.
  • I want to proactively provide additional/supplemental information for my background (e.g., W2s, transcripts)

  • I am completing my background check and have a question about what information to include on my form.
    • Please be as accurate as possible when completing the background check form and follow the instructions laid out within the process, including exact dates and formatting of all required fields.
  • I’m completing my employment verification information but worked for a contracting/staffing/temporary agency. What employer name should I use?
    • Please provide the name of the company listed on your paycheck/W-2 during that timeframe.
  • I’m unable to advance my form after entering all my employment history. Why?
    • Ensure all the mandatory fields in the form are completed and the information you provided covers the required 7-year timeframe and date formats match what is needed.
    • If you don’t have seven years of employment history, check the box indicating you have no additional history to provide.
  • I’m unable to advance to the next page. Why?
    • You may be zoomed too far into your screen so the advance buttons may not be visible. Please zoom back out to 100% by pressing & holding the CTRL button and 0 (zero) at the same time, and locate the next buttons on the bottom right of the screen.
  • I am completing my background check, and I see my name is incorrect. How do I provide my correct name?
    • If you would like to correct the information that you previously submitted, please contact your recruiter.
  • Should I note in-progress education?
    • Please list only completed education, unless otherwise instruction by your recruiter.
    • List only your highest degree earned/completed, unless otherwise instructed by your recruiter.
  • If I leave the portal while I am in the process of completing my background check, does my work save?
    • By clicking "COMPLETE LATER" (bottom of the page), your work will be saved if you leave the form page.

  • I received an "Invalid Signature" error.
    • Click on the clear button to clear out your signature and try again.
    • Click on Type and you can type in your full name and provide the last 4 of your SSN.

  • My link expired before I started the background check process.
    • If you are responding to the invitation email to get started on your background screen and you receive an error page stating the page is no longer valid, your invitation has expired.
    • To obtain a new link, contact your recruiter directly to resubmit a new request.
  • I did not receive an email invitation to log into the background check. How do I log on?
    • For the Initial invitation, please check the spam or junk email folder for your email account.
    • The email will come from noreply@ghrr.com with Subject: Information Needed for Background Screening Report
    • Please be sure to add this to your safe sender list as well for future communications.
    • To obtain a new link, contact your recruiter directly.
  • I cannot get the background check site to load on my computer. What do I do?

    Try these three common fixes for your computer:

    • Clear your browser cache using the guides below.
    • Try using a different browser.
    • If you are on a mobile device, please try the steps above. If you are still unsuccessful, please try from a computer.

  • I logged out and do not know how to log back in.
    • Log back in using the link and PIN located on your invitation email with Subject: Information Needed for Background Screening Report
  • I would like to check on the status of a background check that I previously submitted.
    • If you created a Candidate Center account, you can login here
    • If you didn’t create a Candidate Center account, please contact your recruiter to check the status of your background check.
  • If your background check is completed, DISA cannot answer questions about the hiring process.
    • All employment-related questions should be directed to your potential employer/recruiter.
  • I would like a copy of my background check. How will I receive that?
    • If you would like a copy of the reports(s) and you have not yet submitted your background check data, please check the box on the Background Check Disclosures Page.
    • The report(s) will be sent to you at the email address listed on the background check form.
  • I need to provide additional addresses and one more employment history.
    • Please contact your recruiter immediately to inquire how to proceed.
    • They will advise us directly to correct any additional information to ensure your order is accurate.
  • I couldn't input all the information before submitting my background check.
    • Please contact your recruiter immediately to inquire how to proceed.
  • Someone reached out to me about my SSN. Is this for real?
    • If someone reached out to you regarding your SSN, follow these steps:
      • Our Research team does reach out via phone and email to verify information as needed to ensure your background report is accurate.
      • Please reference the instructions provided in the email/voicemail from our research team on how to proceed.
      • Please provide the required information as soon as possible to avoid any unnecessary delays in completing your report.
